NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULE AND OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT
The director of King County's Department of Executive Services (DES), acting under the authority of King County Code sections 2.98 and 15.12.010, proposes adopting a rule amending the King County International Airport Supplemental Rules and Regulations to address certain safety and efficiency issues.
The proposed amendment regulates vehicles operating within the airport operations area (AOA), taxiing and parking of aircraft, fueling, and passenger boarding procedures to enhance the safety and efficiency of the airport for its users.

PUBLIC COMMENT: King County is seeking public comments on the proposed King County International Airport Supplemental Rules and Regulations. Written comments must be received no later than 5 p.m. on December 26, 2025, and may be emailed or mailed to:
