The Newcastle Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to receive public comment the City's non-conformance code in Title 18 (Zoning). This code would change the threshold for bringing a property into conformance to demolition and repairs worth more than 50% of either a property's individual replacement or assessed value, whichever is greater.
