CITY OF KIRKLAND - NOTICE OF KIRKLAND CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING ON
NOVEMBER 14, 2025 FROM 8:30 A.M. TO 2:15 P.M.
A special meeting of the Kirkland City Council may be held during the Sound Cities Association and King County's "Regional Utility Rate Summit" for the purpose of discussing regional utility rate forecasts and affordability strategies on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport, 18740 International Boulevard, Seattle, WA, 98188. No final City Council action will be taken. If a quorum of Councilmembers fails to attend, the event will continue but the meeting will be cancelled.
