Temporary Erosion & Sediment Control, Temporary Security Fencing, Temporary Construction Facilities, Select Demolition of Irrigation Systems, Sod Removal, Root Zone Sand Import, Irrigation Systems, Sodding, and Site Restoration.
Architect/Engineer's Cost Opinion: $800,000
Bids Due: Sealed Bids will be received up to 2:00 p.m. on February 18, 2026 at the Renton School District, Facilities, Operations and Maintenance Center, located at 7812 S. 124th Street, Seattle, WA 98178. Bids received after the date and time indicated may not be accepted.
Bid Opening: Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:30 p.m. on February 18, 2026 at Renton School District, Facilities, Operations and Maintenance Center. Bidders and others who are interested are invited to be present.

Printed copies of the Bidding Documents are available upon request for a deposit in the amount of $100.00, payable to Renton School District No. 403. Documents may be shipped with shipping purchased directly from ARC.

Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project.
Prevailing Wage: It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to the L&I web page https://www.lni.wa.gov/lice nsing-permits/public-works-projects/ prevailing-wage-rates/ to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid.
Apprenticeship Requirement: This Project ☐ is / ☒is not estimated to cost one million dollars or more. If "is" is selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of RCW 39.04.320. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on available apprenticeship programs.
Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid.
Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days.
Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is highly recommended for Prime Contractors and Subcontractors and will be held at 10am on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at the project site.
