You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after December 10, 2025, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff Bethany Al-Haidari, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff Bethany Al-Haidari, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
The Verified Complaint alleges causes of action for domestic abuse, assault, battery, personal injury by negligence, and injury to personal property.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the above court requesting that the parent-child relationship between you and the above-named child be terminated. BORN CHILD. The child was born on March 11, 2023 in the City of Gillette, State of Wyoming. The name of the child's mother was Jeanetta E. Burge at the time the child was born. The name of the child's mother is now Jeanetta E. Burge. You have been named as the father or a possible father of the child.
The court hearing on the Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship shall be on the 4th day of February 2026, at 10:30 am, at 1:30 pm in Room 1-J of the Regional Justice Center, 401 4th Ave N, Kent, WA 98032.
YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING MAY RESULT IN A DEFAULT ORDER PERMANENTLY TERMINATING ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS TO THE ABOVE-NAMED CHILD.
You may respond to this summons and notice by filing a written response with the Clerk of the Court and serving a copy of your response on the petitioners Nathan and Heather Vance whose name and address appear at the end of this summons and notice. If you do not serve your written response within thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this summons and notice, the county may enter an Order of default against you permanently terminating all of your rights to the above-named child. The court may, without further notice to you, enter an order terminating your parent-child relationship and approving or providing for the adoption of the above-named child.

The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and design firms to provide professional services for repairs and/or renovations to the Northshore Senior Center facilities located at 10201 & 10212 E Riverside Drive in Bothell, WA.

The NPRSA seeks a firm to review existing facilities, identify needed repairs, prepare design documents, advise on constructability, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and support the NPRSA throughout the renovation process. Full RFQ details, including project background, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria are available at nprsawa.org/ advertisements.

Submission Schedule
Bidders must attend a mandatory meeting to be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, January 14th in Room 205 of the Health and Wellness building, located at 10212 E Riverside Drive in Bothell, to discuss and answer questions regarding the solicitation and project scope.

Deadline to submit LOI and SOQ is 2:00 PM (PST), February 18th, 2026. Submissions must be delivered in accordance with the RFQ instructions.

The NPRSA reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all submissions, and waive informalities. All firms are responsible for reviewing any addenda issued.
