2024 Comprehensive Plan (CP24-001) & Zoning Map Amendment (CA25-010)
SUBJECT: Notice is hereby given that the City of Duvall Planning Commission and City Council will each hold separate public hearings regarding (1) the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update for the City of Duvall, and (2) an amendment to the City's Zoning Map to implement the land use map within the 2024 Comprehensive Plan. The public hearings will take place at the following times and locations: PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION: Hearing Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Hearing Time: 7:00 P.M. Hearing Location: Duvall Visitor Center, 15619 Main Street NE, Duvall, WA 98019. Hearing Attendees: Any interested person or party may attend and provide testimony. Virtual Attendance Option: https://duvallwa.zoom. us/j/82752837975. PUBLIC HEARINGS BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL: Hearing Date: Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Hearing Time: 7:00 P.M. Hearing Location: Duvall Visitor Center, 15619 Main Street NE, Duvall, WA 98019. Hearing Attendees: Any interested person or party may attend and provide testimony. SUBMISSION OF TESTIMONY: During the public comment portion of the hearing, individuals are allotted a three-minute speaking duration, while representatives of organizations may address for up to five minutes. Before presenting, kindly disclose your full name and residential affiliation with the City. It is strongly advised by the City to submit verbal comments in written form to expedite subsequent correspondence. Written comments must be received by the Planning Department no later than noon on the hearing day, addressed to PO Box 1300, Duvall, WA 98019, or deposited at the City Hall drop box located at 15535 Main St. NE, City, or sent by e-mail to planning@ duvallwa.gov.
