Sound Regional Transit Authority ("Sound Transit"). Sound Transit's claim is stated in the
written Petition in Eminent Domain ("Petition).
To defend the condemnation lawsuit and the claims of Sound Transit therein, you must
serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the 2nd day of February,
2026, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, which has been filed with
the Clerk of said Court, and serve a copy of your appearance upon the undersigned attorneys for
