A condemnation lawsuit has been started in the above-entitled Court by Central Puget
Sound Regional Transit Authority ("Sound Transit"). Sound Transit's claim is stated in the
written Petition in Eminent Domain ("Petition).
To defend the condemnation lawsuit and the claims of Sound Transit therein, you must
serve a notice of appearance on the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the 2nd day of February,
2026, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, which has been filed with
the Clerk of said Court, and serve a copy of your appearance upon the undersigned attorneys for
Sound Transit. If you fail to appear, a judgment will be rendered against you according to the
demand of the Petition.
If you wish to seek the advice of any attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so
that your written appearance, if any, may be served on time.

Ordinance No. 6904 authorizing the release of a portion of an existing utility easement, and amending Ordinance No. 740 to release the utility easement located at 200 112th Ave NE, which has been declared surplus to the City's needs and no longer required for providing continued public utility service; the release of this easement being deemed in the best interest of the public.
