NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Woodinville will receive electronic sealed bids via Public Purchase until 2 pm local time on March 23, 2026 at which time bids will be electronically opened and shared. Bids received late or by any other means will not be accepted. There will not be any physical public opening of bids. All bids must be uploaded to Public Purchase.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract shall include improvements of 124th Avenue NE from 165th Street NE to 200 feet north of NE 169th Street. This project will install curb, gutter and sidewalk on the east side of the road including installing a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at the intersection of NE 169th Street. In addition, the roadway will be planed and overlaid throughout the project, minor drainage improvements, catch basin and valve adjustments, curb ramps, striping, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents entitled: "124th Avenue Improvements Project No. ST-21-010". This project is partially funded by the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board (TIB) and local City funds.

Plans, specifications, addenda, and plan holders list for this project will be available on-line through two websites: Public Purchase (www.publicpurchase. com) and Builders Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com/).

For Builders Exchange: Go to the website. Click on "Posted Projects"; "Public Works", "City of Woodinville, WA." Bidders are encouraged to "Register as a Bidder", in order to receive automatic email notification of future addenda and to be placed on the "Bidders List". For Public Purchase: Register for free by going to the website. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for newly registered accounts. Registration is a 2-step process. Step 1 is to register.
