Notice is hereby given that submittals will be received by the City of Bellevue, Washington, for:
City of Bellevue Trip Reduction
Services Project 2025-2026
The City of Bellevue Transportation Department (City) solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in transportation demand management, marketing, outreach, and web and social media content design, and experience working with employers, property managers, workers, residents, visitors and historically underserved groups (HUGs). This Negotiated Hourly Rate (NHR) agreement is anticipated to begin in September 2025 and be approximately 16 months in duration with the option for the City to extend for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the City of Bellevue Trip Reduction Services Project 2025-2026. The Project is funded in part by a King County Metro grant through the Federal Highway Administration (federal aid number CM-2017(156)). It is the City's intent to execute a Professional Services Agreement located here. This contract qualifies as a Negotiated Hourly Rate agreement. Prospective consultants are to file electronically via Public Purchase (http://www.publicpurchase.com) no later than 2:00 PM on the 24th day of July 2025 at which time such submittals will be received and evaluated for submission to the City Council at a future council meeting. Submittals will not be accepted after that time and date. Registration for the Public Purchase site is required prior to submittal and is available at no cost.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information: The City of Bellevue, in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in all its programs and activities. This material can be made available in an alternate format by emailing Procurement Services at procurement@bellevuewa.gov or by calling (425) 452-7876.
Title VI Statement: The City of Bellevue, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The selected consultant will also be held to the above-mentioned ADA and Title VI standards.
