King County Solid Waste Division is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.

The proposed project, CH Adjacent Properties Deconstruction, is located at 16015, 16033, 16039, 16215, 16301 and 16423 230TH Ave SE, Maple Valley, WA, 98038. This project involves approximately 2.9 acres of soil disturbance for the residential deconstruction activities.

Stormwater from the site will be discharged to ground and roadside ditch to Four Lakes. Best Management Practices (BMPs) will be implemented to control erosion, manage sediment, and protect water quality during deconstruction.

4.16 Defendant isliable for trespass and damages under RCW 4.24.630, or in the alternative as guardians or tenants under RCW 64.12.020, in an amount to be proven at the time of trial. Under these circumstances, Plaintiff is entitled to judgment against Defendant for unjust enrichment that justly compensates Plaintiff in an amount to be proven at the time of trial.
