If you fail to file and serve your answer on time, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.

READ THE COMPLAINT CAREFULLY. It means that you are being sued to quiet title to real property and that certain Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Weber County Recorders Office on July 11, 2003, as Entry No. 1956003, in Book 2403, at Page 1389, to which Plaintiff asserts the beneficial interest was assigned to it yet never filed of record. If you fail to file an answer, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in this Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of this Court and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you.
