8TH AVENUE TERMINALS, INC., a California corporation v. DENOVO SEATTLE LLC, a
a Delaware limited liability company
TO: CREDITORS OF DENOVO SEATTLE LLC AND OTHER PARTIES IN INTEREST.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 11, 2017, the King County Superior Court appointed Pacific Realty Advisors LLC, whose address is 411 University Street, Suite 1200, Seattle, WA 98101, as general receiver (Receiver) as defined by RCW 7.60.015, over the assets of DeNovo Seattle LLC (DeNovo) whose address is 7400 South 8th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98108. Pursuant to the Order Appointing General Receiver, the Receiver has assumed control over the assets of DeNovo pursuant to RCW 7.60.025(1)(j). Correspondence to the Receiver may be sent to the Receiver in care of the address set forth below.
Claims: All persons and businesses who believe they are owed money by DeNovo on account of any goods, services, or credit proved to DeNovo before July 11, 2017 or who claim to be owed any other obligation enforceable against DeNovo on account of any transaction occurring before that date, should fill out a Proof of Claim form. The Proof of Claim form may be obtained by sending a request to the Receiver at the address below or by e-mail to psutton@bskd.com. The Proof of Claim form must be returned to the Receiver at the address listed below no later than October 9, 2017. Creditors who fail to submit a proof of claim prior to the bar date will not share in any distributions, should any funds become available for such distribution. The claim form must be received by the bar date to counsel for the Receiver at the following address:

Request for Special Notice. Pursuant to RCW 7.60.190(2), any person interested in the receivership as a party or creditor may serve upon the undersigned and file with the clerk of the court a written notice of appearance stating that he/she desires special notice of any and all proceedings in the administration of the receivership.
