TO: All Unknown Heirs and Devisees of The Estate of Donald C. Maxwell and Lyn Dian Maxwell, both deceased, and Respondent Diane M. Collins as personal representative of the Estate of Shirley Marie Collins
You are hereby notified that a condemnation lawsuit has been started in the above-entitled Court by Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Petitioner). Petitioners claim is stated in the written Petition.
In order to defend the condemnation lawsuit and the claims of Petitioner therein, you are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 10th day of January, 2017, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and respond to the Petition, and serve a copy of your response upon the undersigned attorneys for Petitioner, at their office stated below. In case of your failure to appear, a judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Petition, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
If you wish to seek the advice of any attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your written appearance, if any, may be served on time.
