You are hereby summoned to appear on the 8th day of September, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Kittitas County Superior Court, Dept. 1, 205 W. 5th Ave. Ellensburg, Washington 98926, and respond to the motion for adequate cause, motion to change a parenting plan, motion to modify child support and motion for default pursuant to RCW 26.26.590, RCW 26.50 and CR 65(b). On June 9, 2017, an order of protection was issued against you pursuant to the provisions of the domestic violence protection act, chapter 26.50 RCW, for one year from the date you were required to appear. If you fail to appear at this hearing, adequate cause to modify child support and the parenting plan may be found, and a child support order and parenting plan may be entered by the court. An order of protection has been entered against you, restraining you from the following: disturbing the peace of the protected person and of the minor child, DRB, stay away from the home, workplace, school of the protected person and the school of DRB, communication with the protected person in writing regarding DRB and that is not excessive nor threatening does not violate this order. Phone and written communication with DRB is allowed as per the temporary parenting plan entered April 17, 2017. The order of protection expires on June 9, 2018, at 5:12 p.m. A copy of the petition, notice of hearing, and ex parte order was filed with the clerk of the court on the immediate restraining order matter and the current order was issued pursuant to that petition. Petitions to find adequate cause, modify child support, modify the parenting plan and a motion for default have also been filed with the clerk.
