INVITATION TO BID: Federal Way Public Schools Uptown Square - Early Learning Center
Federal Way Public Schools is inviting bids for tenant improvements to the ground floor of a multistory, mixed-use building to accommodate an Early Learning Center. Work will be completed in a single phase.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, wood and plastics, doors and sidelights, finishes, specialties, thermal and moisture protection, equipment, furnishings, mechanical, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, safety and security, earthwork and food service equipment.

A deposit in the amount of 5100.00, payable to Federal Way Public School District No. 210, is required for each set of Bidding Documents. Bonafide Prime General Contractors, HVAC and Electrical Subcontractors may obtain a maximum of two (2) sets, and others a maximum of one (1) set. Additional documents may also be purchased directly from ARC for the cost of printing. Documents may be mailed for the actual cost paid directly to ARC.
