NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS: READ THIS CAREFULLY
You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action. The motion or answer (or reply) must be given to the court clerk or administrator within 30 days of the date of first publication specified herein along with the required filing fee. The date of first publication is November 1, 2017. If you fail to timely respond to the complaint, plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint. The response to the complaint must also be served on plaintiffs attorney, Blake J. Robinson, 1300 SW Fifth Ave., Suite 2400, Portland, OR 97201. The object of the complaint is to remove a deed restriction on certain real property located in Polk County (more fully described in the complaint) that was bequeathed by Joseph F. Dillon to plaintiff in a will dated February 14, 1968. Plaintiff seeks a declaration that it holds fee simple title to the real property free and clear of the deed restriction.
